Kin Japanese BBQ Chef Casey Burns Yakitori Bar Owner

Kin is Japanese inspired BBQ mixed with a passion for local, fresh produce. A majority of the menu is cooked on a traditional Japanese Yakitori grill and can be paired with a beautiful sake, Japanese inspired cocktail or local beer and wine.

Chef/owner Casey Burns has been inspired by this style of cooking for some time and wants to introduce Hobart to his vision.


Our food menu is a six course "Feed Me" menu, that changes regularly.
A la carte dining is also available.
